  • Building certification and design following the standard of Passive House Institute of Darmstadt, Germany

  • Passive house energy balance calculation with PHPP, thermal bridge and dynamic simulation with e+

  • Evaluating dynamic thermal characteristics of homogeneous and non-homogeneous components under any variable boundary condition. Using the software Mold Dynamic 3D is possible to compute thermal lag for composite structures such as walls, floors, roofs according to ISO 13786 norm.

  • Hygrothermal simulation allows to predict the moisture and temperature conditions that might occur within a building assembly over time.

    WUFI® Pro performs one-dimensional hygrothermal calculations on building component cross-sections, taking into account (where appropriate) built-in moisture, driving rain, solar radiation, long-wave radiation, capillary transport, and summer condensation.

  • Constructing an extremely efficient building is not just a matter of math. You need details and designs that fit the site. We can work with you on drafting the most appropriate air-tightness material list and methodology for your project.

  • With 10 years of experience as adjunct professor at Politecnico di Milano, and 3 at University of Brescia, we can organize, write and teach a course for you and your students

  • Calculate and visualise light for indoor and outdoor areas using Dialux software.
